Student Absences: New Procedure
As of now, parents can inform the school of their child’s absence via the Mozaik Parent Portal. We encourage you to use this fast and efficient way of informing us of your child’s absence and taking the time to inform us of the reason for your child’s absence.
In the current context, it is important to declare all absences related to symptoms that may be associated with COVID-19 (fever, dry cough, fatigue, joint pain, sore throat, diarrhea, headache, loss of smell or taste, skin rash).

Online Payment:
When you log on to your bank’s online payment feature you will need to add Sir-Wilfrid-Laurier School Board- Schools/Student Fees as a payee.
When setting up your payee, you will enter your unique reference number starting with ES (on invoice). Do not enter any spaces.
Parents must make separate payments for each individual child. As such, reference numbers are different for each child.
Cash/ Debit: In person (8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.)
NOTE: We do not accept cheques.
School supply lists will be provided for the below grade levels and programs in late June/early July 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year.
